What is collected
Name, email address, telephone number and message content submitted through the contact form; name, email address and meeting details submitted through the Google Calendar booking; usage data collected by Google Analytics 4, only where analytics consent has been given.
Why, and on what legal basis
Client text: legitimate interest for responding to enquiries; consent for analytics cookies.
Third-party processors
Client text: Google (Calendar, Analytics, Fonts), the hosting provider, and the form or email delivery service, each named explicitly.
Retention
Client text: retention periods for enquiry data and analytics data.
Your rights

International transfers
